This just in, Club Corp has withdrawn out of Arrowcreek Golf Course purchase. I am totally speechless (well almost).
Recap: Club Corp will not be buying the Arrowcreek Golf Course or leasing the Arrowcreek Residence Club.
Too many straws were put on Club Corps back and it apparently broke. In this economy and real estate market, you cater to buyers and people who want to spend money, create jobs and make things nice, not complicate their lives and run up their attorney bills.
